    The minimum square footage required is 1,800 square feet for a single story home and 2,400 square feet for a two story (living space). The maintenance for The Cliffs is $300 per year, per lot.

    Yes, you may use your plans and contractor. All plans must be approved by the developer and ACC before construction begins.
